From Apple
3. 1.1 Business: Payments - In-App Purchase
Guideline 3.1.1 - Business - Payments - In-App Purchase

Your app unlocks or enables additional functionality with mechanisms other than the App Store, which is not appropriate for the App Store.

Next Steps

To resolve this issue, please remove this feature from your app.

The resolution they asked to do is remove feature. But I want to use PayPal for real world money transaction. I read guidelines but not able to find exact solution. What should I do?

Should I request a phone call or anything else? Please help.

You can't integrate real world money transaction with paypal, weechat or credit card rather than in-app-purchase. you have to transaction through in-app-purchase procedure which is provided by Apple.

According to this link , there are many iOS apps that are using PayPal or credit cards to make real world monetary transactions. There is an example app Zooz too. How do they do that? I am confused, does apple allows user to make these transactions without IAP or not?

May be they use some tricks to fool the Apple app review process. You could do that too. The thing is you have to hide the real world money transaction from Apple's app review process. That's it.

I've already submitted an app, few days before, with PayPal payments and apple approved it and app is ready for sale now. I did not do anything tricky in that app's review process. The same feature is in my this product too, that's rejected now. Even this guy got green flag too. I think contacting apple support will help me. And If we want to make real world purchases, how do we do that?

Right, but they aren't paying for the repair, which is a service that takes place outside the app; they are paying for the ability to submit a quote, which takes place in the app, so IAP must be used.
